A blend of comfort and chaos
Waking up to the smell of Moroccan tea was delightful, and the staff's warm smiles made our mornings better. The spacious room made our stay comfortable while being just a short walk from the beach.
However, the ongoing road works made accessing the hotel tricky, and some of the amenities felt dated. The kitchen supplies weren’t complete, which could be a letdown for those expecting to cook.

great experience but minor inconveniences
The staff provided excellent service, always assisting with our inquiries and making recommendations. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with necessary amenities, making it very welcoming. Moreover, waking up to a lovely mountain view was a highlight of my stay, enhancing the overall experience.
However, the shower pressure could be improved.

Had a great time with friends! The location's super convenient, close to the beach and local eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable. Don’t miss the delicious breakfasts at the cafe upstairs! We also explored the nearby Golf Club Med les Dunes, which was a blast. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, perfect for a chill vacation.
One downside was the slow elevators. waiting for them took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating during peak times.

We stayed in a spacious quad room with my son's family, enjoying daily breakfasts with large portions. The staff were always friendly and we loved that there were plenty of local shops within a short walk. We even had fun at Golf Club Med les Dunes nearby.
My kids wished for a better lounge area for downtime.

central location, reasonable restaurant prices, good Moroccan tea
Major renovations desperately needed!!! Rooms lack proper maintenance, outdated kitchenette supplies, safety hazards with showers, and terrible shower design!!! Old air conditioning units constantly blow dust. Bottled water situation is very inconvenient!!!

The Single Room was pretty spacious and clean, with a small kitchenette and fridge. I liked that there was a balcony, but it faced a busy restaurant, so it was a bit noisy at night. They didn’t provide toiletries other than soap, so keep that in mind. Breakfast was great though, with a nice selection. Service was friendly, and my room was tidied every day, which was nice.

I loved the cozy vibe and how spacious the room was. Enjoying a hot chocolate with breakfast was a delightful surprise! Relaxing by the pool and taking in the sun on the terrace were perfect ways to unwind. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could be a bit clearer for newcomers. 😊
